CORE
This is a very simple, “flat” site, with a home page and a short list of available components that can be installed once (res. directory, photo gallery.... Need this final list). There are a limited number of templates that can be used, built with the community’s 2 colors and showing the community logo.
Previously available only to large-scale planned communities, it is now possible for smaller neighborhoods to access the robust Neighborware platform with a more affordable, more targeted product with an appropriate level of features. The Core Series is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the smaller neighborhood having between 75 and 1,000 homes, a commensurate level of amenities and one that desires a high level of interactivity. This ideal feature set will appeal to the smaller neighborhood that is either currently in place and managed by a HOA or a property management company or under development by a builder or developer. Residential types may include single-family homes as well as condominiums, townhouses or apartments. In some cases, there may also be commercial, retail or institutional uses.
SIGNATURE
This is our normal version of Neighborware that has all (or almost all) of our components included with a larger number of templates for the look and feel of the site.It could also have the ability to pay for some LEVEL 3 features as an add-on.
The Signature Series appeals to the larger, fully amenitied master planned community that may range in size from less than 500 residents to the more complex master planned city with well over 5000 residents along with businesses, churches, schools and a wide variety of neighborhoods and housing types. These communities may currently be under construction with a builder or developer involved or fully built out and under the direction of a Homeowners Association or a management company.The Signature Series is the original Neighborware and it is the launching point for the latest in feature innovations.
The series includes the most complete set of Neighborware features and benefits from the full, turnkey level of services. With the Signature Series, your community will be making a wise investment that will pay dividends for years to come by enhancing the livability of their neighborhood and the lifestyle of its residents.
CUSTOM
This is more like what we used to do for high-end communities, with a completely custom designed template and a few high-end components that are only available at this level. I’m not entirely sure what they would/should be –possibly private multimedia component (instead of just embedded youtube or vimeo for video), home buyer customer care (which could go away except for this potential use), embedded video chat for committee meetings / board meetings (this could use jitsi, an open-source video conferencing server
